Here is the latest list of volunteer opportunities in the Cedar Valley.

  • Volunteers are needed for the Salvation Army's meal program Monday through Friday from 11:15 - 12:45 to keep food stocked, serving lunch, and assisting with cleanup.
  • The Larrabee Center – Trinkets & Togs needs volunteers to stock and hang clothing in the store Monday – Saturday.
  • The Job Foundation, a financial stewardship mentoring program, is seeking mentors.This opportunity requires 2-4 hours per month with an 18 month commitment to establish consistency and trust with program participants.
  • Volunteers age 18 and older are being sought for Riverview Center's crisis counseling and emotional support 24 hour hotline for survivors of sexual assault. In addition, assistance is needed to respond to hospital calls when sexual assault has occurred are needed too. Training is provided.
