The University of Northern Iowa football program will return to the UNI-Dome to take on the Northern Colorado Bears for Homecoming on Saturday, Sept. 20.
The game is set to kick off at 4 p.m. and will serve as the “Purple Pride” game for the Panthers. Fans are encouraged to wear purple at Saturday’s game.
The Last Time against the Bears: UNI battled against Northern Colorado in 2013 for the first time since 1926. UNI won the game 26-7 in Greeley, Colo. David Johnson finished with 121 yards on the ground while Sawyer Kollmorgen finished 19-27-0 for 248 yards and one touchdown.
UNI Volleyball plays at 7:00 PM to wrap up Homecoming night. They are celebrating 40 years of play tonight.
