WANTED: Generous Cedar Valley residents to step up and donate new or gently used clothes, toys, crafts, and non-perishable food items for people who are struggling to feed their families and are unable to buy their children presents this holiday season. Donations can be dropped at Lofty’s Lounge in Evansdale, IA.

COME AND ENJOY: $2.00 meals with proceeds going to local Cedar Valley organizations, raffles, free gift wrapping and most importantly THE TRUE SPIRIT OF THE HOLIDAY SEASON!

The Cedar Valley Giving Tree will take place December 12, 2014 from 1:00 PM till 7:00 PM at Lofty's Lounge, 3480 Lafayette Road Evansdale, IA,

Local organizations being helped by this year's 'Giving Tree' include:

  • Saint Vincent De Paul
  • Salvation Army
  • The Food Bank
  • The Homeless Shelter
  • Local Families in need
