ASPIRE, a non-profit organization that offers a therapeutic horseback riding program for individuals with physical, cognitive, and emotional disabilities in the Cedar Valley, is hosting a Halloween Open House featuring a children friendly haunted barn, children's activities, costume contest, food treats, pumpkin painting and more.

The Open House will take place October 24, 2014 from 5 P.M. till 8 P.M. at 8100 Kimball Ave. Waterloo, IA. The cost is $5 per person. Children 5 and under are free.
