Don Bosco Wrestling Wins Hudson Tournament

The Don Bosco Dons wrestling team took the team win during the Hudson Invitational on Saturday, January 17, 2015.

The Dons saw six wrestlers advance to the championship round. Nick Mangrich (126#) won his championship match by fall over Nashua-Plainfield's Jacob Eick (Fall 4:44). Zach Hickson beat Tyler Larson of Nashua-Plainfield) for the Don Bosco 196# championship (Dec 16-9). Gable Fox (106#), Cole Fox (138#), TJ Even (170#), and Walker Even (182#) each ended the day as runner-up in their weight class.

Columbus Catholic, Waterloo and Jesup topped the tournament with 14 falls. North Fayette Valley scored 13, and Don Bosco ended the day with 12.
