A change in television coverage has been announced for the Iowa Hawkeyes' Homecoming contest against Illinois on Saturday (Oct. 10, 2015).

The live broadcast has been moved from ESPNU to ESPN2, Iowa athletic officials announced today. Kick-off is set for 11:01 a.m. (CT) inside Kinnick Stadium.

The match-up features two of the surprise teams in the Big Ten Conference. The No. 22 Hawkeyes (5-0 overall, 1-0 Big Ten) are coming off a heart-stopping 10-6 victory at Wisconsin, while the Fighting Illini (4-1, 1-0) enter Saturday's game following a 14-13 win over Nebraska -- their first over the Cornhuskers since 1924.

The Iowa-Illinois broadcast isn't the only programming change involving Big Ten teams on the ESPN networks this weekend. On Saturday, ESPN will now televise Indiana at Penn State at 11 a.m. (CT), while ESPNU will air Minnesota at Purdue at 2:30 p.m. (CT).

These changes, and others made to Saturday's Southeastern Conference (SEC) and American Athletic Conference (AAC) schedules, were necessary to accommodate the shift in venue and time of the LSU-South Carolina game. Major flooding in the Columbia, S.C., area forced the Gamecocks to move their scheduled home game to Baton Rouge, La., and LSU's Tiger Stadium.

Tickets are on sale for Iowa’s four remaining home games, and are available online at hawkeyesports.com, by calling 1-800-IA-HAWKS, or in person at the UI athletics ticket office located in Carver-Hawkeye Arena.
