"Cool" is normally subject to the trends of fashion – some people are obsessed with looking cool and acting cool. They put a lot of effort into the appearance of not having put a lot of effort in, and that’s cool if it works for you.

But what’s cooler is when something feels cool.

In 2018, there were some great examples of times where people made moments feel cool in the rock world. Usually it was because they were being themselves, shaking off the pressure of trends and just doing things because it’s the kind of thing they wanted to do.
