RAGBRAI will head from Sioux City to Davenport this year with stops in Storm Lake, Ft. Dodge, Eldora, Cedar Falls, Hiawatha, Coralville and ending in Davenport. Totaling around 462 miles of empty beer cans and liquor laden sweat stains.

As you can already tell, I'm not one to go out of my way to ride a bike almost 500 miles when I have access to a perfectly good vehicle with A/C and good tires. I drive a minivan, so I won't look as cool as the bike riders who don the tight spandex and sweet helmets, but I will be comfortable.

I'm not making fun of RAGBRAI or people enjoy bike riding. To each their own, I say. So don't get your undies, or spandex, in a bundle. Just remember, on mile 343, when you're huffing and puffing and wishing that you wouldn't have taken that last pull off the tequila bottle, you chose to do this.

Oh yeah, there's a point to this. I forgot. Maybe if I got more exercise (biking) my brain would work better. Anywho, RAGBRAI always brings the party and I suspect each town will throw a "power-party" that would make John Belushi sick. As of right now, and yes I did check RAGBRAI's website to see if I could find any other shows and I couldn't because the site is like deciphering some sort of ancient Egyptian code, the last overnight stop is going to be epic!

Are you ready for this? FOR JUST $10, you can see Cheap Trick in Coralville! Unless you're riding in RAGBRAI, in which the price is lowered to $0.

That to a long time to get to the point didn't it. That is all. - Cory
