The man wanted in a fatal Charles City shooting last week remains at-large, but his vehicle has been located in Waterloo.

According to Charles City police, Antoine Williams shot and killed a man at the Casa Apartments in the 2100 block of Clarkview Dr. shortly before 10 p.m. Friday (June 30, 2017). On Wednesday, authorities identified the victim as Nathaniel Fleming, 36, of Mason City.

Charles City police believe Williams, 36, was driving a red 2006 Chevy Equinox when he fled the scene. Authorities confirmed the vehicle was later found in the 900 block of Oneida Street in Waterloo.

Officials have issued a first-degree murder warrant for Williams' arrest. Police consider Williams to be armed and dangerous.

Authorities are warning the public not to approach Williams if he's spotted. Williams is described as a black male, who is six-foot, seven-inches tall and weighs about 250 pounds.

Anyone who sees Williams or know of his whereabouts should call either 911 or Charles City police at 641-228-3366.
