Bremer County Accident Under Investigation

Charges are pending in a one-vehicle rollover accident in Bremer County.

A sport utility vehicle, driven by Richard Buhr, 49, of New Hampton, went out of control and overturned in a ditch, sheriff's officials said. There were no indications that anyone was injured, but Buhr's SUV had considerable damage.

The rollover occurred on a rural road northwest of Readlyn. Sheriff's officials were alerted to the mishap in the 1100 block of Piedmont Ave. around 9 AM Tuesday (Jan. 30, 2018).

Deputies are investigating the circumstances surrounding the accident.
