We've seen them all over the place in the past few years. People waking up after being put under anesthesia. This boy may take the cake. He wakes up a GANGSTA!

Not only a Gangsta, but a gangsta that has recently returned from Dubai. He hung out with some dude named Rocko and bought a camel. According to him, it was Cra-Cra.
