Sipping on some cognac and discussing the finer points of the art hanging on your wall is not Iowa. Cognac is for snobs and those who want to be snobs. So, what is the most popular liquor in Iowa?

BARTRENDr recently compiled some data that shows the favorite liquor in each state. Of course, this isn't all that scientific considering that BARTRENDr only used info from its users and didn't use the typical scientific measures to provide super accurate data. But, it's still interesting.

Fireball seems to be the liquor of choice across the U.S. Probably because EVERYONE is drinking it, so the more than enough followers in our country are more than happen to "lemming" there way into the norm.

Iowa is a bit different. Iowa has 3...yes 3, different kinds of liquor. It's obviously because we're awesome and have better taste than most states...or we just like getting drunk.
