Behind the Scenes at KCRR: Welcome Back

Every wonder what really goes on when we're not on air? Shenanigans, that's what goes on. One of our office staffers returned today from a week long vacation to a special surprise.

Early this morning I stumbled onto to quite a mess in one of the office rooms here at the KCRR. main office. It belonged to Shawn McKenna - who has been on vacation the past seven days.

He is the guy that deals with all of the writing and producing of the commercials you hear on all of our Waterloo Broadcasting stations. He likes to leave a little 'dirty work' (I.E. a prank) before he leaves for one of his MANY week long vacations leaving us to clean it up.

Plus, during the Santa Season, he likes to hide a Christmas singing "Billy the Singing Bass" all over the office. Of coarse, he puts in a place that will scare all of us each time.

While he was on his week long sabbatical, it looks like all of the Billy the Singing Bass haters teamed up with the staff that had to deal with the dirty work to take their revenge.

Of coarse he instantly blame the K98.5's BnB Morning Show, Cory Ford, and Q92.3's Will Bradley, but all of us were innocent - this time.

This is out way of saying we love him.  To be honest, I'm disappointed that we didn't think of it first.
