I drink 4 cups of coffee before I even leave the house. When I get to work? Well, let's just say I have a bit of blood in my coffee stream. So, when I read the following I started to get excited.

The good news about coffee just keeps on coming. A new study from Kangbuk Samsung Hospital in Seoul, South Korea, finds that drinking three to five cups of coffee per day may reduce your risk of a heart attack. Researchers found that the more coffee a person consumed, the lower their levels of coronary artery calcium (CAC), which is an early indicator of clogged arteries and cardiovascular disease.

Then reality hits. After reading the following, it occurred to me that I'm an UNHEALTHY coffee drinker.

The study found the lowest CAC levels in patients who consumed three to five cups of coffee per day; those who drank more than five actually had the highest CAC ratios among all the study's participants.

Well F!!!!! Looks like everything that is awesome is still bad for you. So, if you want to be healthy, eat your tofu and kale, drink your crappy tasting, freshly squeezed root juices and blow a hole in your "o-ring" every morning.  This skinny dude is going to enjoy 20 cups of coffee daily, eat red meat, put massive loads of butter on my pancakes and unleash bacon fury on every living person in a 2 mile radius. But, I'll die with a smile on my face. SUCK IT!
