Brandon Woman Hurt in Buchanan County Rollover

A Northeast Iowa woman is recovering after rolling her car in rural Buchanan County.

The accident happened in the 2800 block of Dugan Avenue, north of Brandon, shortly after 8 AM Saturday (Jan. 27, 2018).

Sheriff's officials said a car driven by Aleesha Clarke-Wilkinson of Brandon was traveling north, when she lost control. The vehicle crossed the center line, went into a ditch, then rolled.

Clarke-Wilkinson was taken to the Independence hospital to be treated for her injuries. The extent of injuries weren't released by authorities.
