Area Woman Arrested After Local Disturbance

Oelwein Police have arrested a West Union woman, after investigating an early morning incident.
Officers were called out at about 2am today (Wednesday, Oct. 5) to a disturbance in the 100 block of East Charles.

There, they arrested 29 year old Shawna Wille on charges of Domestic Abuse Assault, and Interference with Official Acts.
