Area Driver Hurt in Weekend Crash, Rollover

A weekend accident in Dubuque County has left a Strawberry Point man with injuries.

The accident happened shortly after 8:30pm Sunday, on Highway 52, east of Holy Cross.

77 year old Nolan Knight was driving on U.S. Highway 52, when he lost control of his vehicle on a curve.

The car then went into a ditch and rolled over.

Knight was taken to Finley Hospital in Dubuque, to be treated for minor injuries.

He is being charged with failure to maintain control, and not wearing his seat belt.
