Another Student Death @ UNI, No Foul Play

University of Northern Iowa President Bill Ruud has notified students and staff of the death of one of the students at a residence hall.

Kyle Raarup, a sophomore from Wyoming, Minnesota, was found dead is his dorm room at Dancer Hall at about 1pm Thursday.

UNI Police and medical personnel responded; authorities indicate there is no foul play suspected, but Raarup's death remains under investigation.

This is the second student death at UNI this year: in September, Caitlyn Burns, a freshman from LeClaire, was found dead in her dorm room; again, no foul play was suspected.
