Sure, when the kids get a snow day it's like heaven. But as an adult, I think I'm getting screwed out of enjoying having the day off because of bad winter weather. So, we came up with a list of "Adult Snow Day Activities".

  1. Write your name in the snow: Yep, you're drinking beer anyway, might as well make it useful.
  2. Make an anatomically correct snowman/snowwoman: It'll piss off the neighbors and passers by, but at least you can brag about your how BIG your snowman is.
  3. Make an igloo: Snow forts aren't just for kids.  The only reason adults don't make them is because we're too big and it would take FOREVERRRRRR!  It's also a great getaway from you know who.
  4. Put all your winter gear on and go to the store: This is one of the best ways to spend a day. Snow pants, boots, huge puffy jacket, face mask and big winter mittens. Seriously, you could literally scare and confuse a ton of people, and that's fun.
  5. Make a neighborhood wet bar out of snow: Neighborhoods just aren't the same as they used to be. No one has that "community" feel in their area any longer. Change that. Offer some liquor to your neighbors and they will be your best friend.
  6. Sled behind a car: You would yell at the kids for doing it, but you're an adult.

Those are just a few things we came up with in a very short amount of time. Don't like those, then watch the video below for more ideas.
