A brand new Winter Weather Advisory has been issued for the Cedar Valley and will go into effect tomorrow afternoon (12-10-16) through Sunday evening (12-11-16). According to KGAN CBS 2 Meteorologist Justin Roberts, Cedar Rapids north to Waterloo could see an accumulation of anywhere from 2 to 5 inches. North of highway 3 could possibly get anywhere from 7 to 8 inches of new snow.

Snowfall amounts were slightly lower this morning with 2 to 4 inches predicted. Driving will be most difficult Sunday morning through Sunday night.
