I find it highly frustrating when the first snowflake of the year falls everyone suddenly forgets how to drive. I'm not sure why a snowflake equals bad driving.

Before I start the complaints and sarcasm, I want to make one thing clear, I'm not asking anyone to drive crazy. Please, drive safely. Make sure you have a winter kit in your car in case you get stranded and, for God's sake, stay home if you're scared.

Now, on with the slamming.

The first "snow" started falling this morning in the Cedar Valley. There's a kind of excitement that comes with that, but for some reason, so does poor driving. Guess what people? The roads are too WARM to create bad driving conditions, outside of them being wet. You have windshield wipers to wipe the spray off from the car ahead of you, so visibility shouldn't be an issue either.

Please, for the LOVE OF GOD, drive normally. Use the gas pedal! Turn  your headlights on! Put the phone down! If you can't handle the situation, remove yourself from it.

That is all for now. I can feel the warmth of anger moving across my face, so I better stop.
