Where's all the money in Iowa? According to the Census Bureau and looking at the median household income our area has a TON of cash rolling through it. 5 area counties made the list of the '15 Richest Counties in Iowa'.

Now I expect to see at least one county from our area on here, but 5?! That's quite a bit. This is purely based on median household income, but WOW! Who knew.

Highest on the list and not really that much of a surprise is Bremer County. Did you know the median household income is $61,216? Yep...making Bremer County #4 on the list of 15 and #1 in our area.
