Four Guttenberg men have been arrested after authorities found a mobile meth lab in their vehicle.

Dyersville police followed a car Wednesday night, driven by 40 year old Jason Schroeder; he was wanted on a warrant for possession of meth. When backup officers arrived, they pulled the car over south of New Vienna.

The Clayton County k-9 indicated drugs were in the vehicle.

During a search, officers found a mobile meth lab and methamphetamine in the vehicle.

As a precaution, Highway 136 was shut down for a short time.

Schroeder was arrested on the warrant plus possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.

Three others, 54 year old Keven meder, 43 year old Alan Billmeyer, and 47 year old Douglas Pierce, were arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia; Meder was also charged with possession of meth.

More charges are pending.
