2017 Iowa State Fair Deals & Discounts

You can score some Iowa State Fair summertime fun at a discounted price. Buy your admission tickets, Family Fun Packs, and new Thrill Park wristbands in advance and save.

Advanced admission tickets are only $8 for adults (ages 12 and over) and $4 for children (ages 6-11). Children ages 5 and under are FREE. Purchase tickets online at IowaStateFair.org today.

Starting July 1, you can purchase advanced admission tickets at participating Fareway, Hy-Vee, Hy-Vee Drug, Price Chopper and Cash Saver Stores.

Beginning July 5, advanced admission tickets will be available at the Iowa State Fair Ticket Office.

Advanced admission prices are a 30% discount and are only available through August 9.

With enough fun for the whole family, the Family Fun Pack is a great way to save money and enjoy the Fair. A $36.50 value for $20 the Family Fun Pack includes the Snakes Alive or Train Exhibit, Pony or Camel ride or Zipline, Rock Wall or Ye Old Mill ride, Giant Slide, Windstorm Roller Coaster, Sky Glider, and 5 $1 food/beverage tickets.

New this year, you can enjoy the recently renovated Thrill Parks- Thrill Ville and Thrill Town and save money. Purchase an unlimited ride wristband for just $36 and enjoy unlimited rides for 1 day Monday-Thursday until 9:00 p.m. If you like to ride the rides and play games, you might want to purchase the Thrill Pass wristband with 60 credits to use on any ride or game for just $41.
