2015 Iowa Hawkeyes Football Schedule

The 2015 Iowa Hawkeyes football schedule features 12 games with two of those games already slated from prime time. The season kicks of at Kinnick Stadium on Saturday, September 5.

The 2015 non-conference schedule begins with the Illinois State Redbirds of the Missouri Valley Football Conference on September 5.

The Iowa/Iowa State game will take place in Ames on September 12. The two schools recently signed an extension for this series to continue through 2021.

Home games against Pittsburgh (September 19) and North Texas (September 26) wrap up the September set of dates.

Big Ten conference play begins on the road for the Hawkeyes. The black & gold travel to Wisconsin to get the B1G games started on October 3. Illinois comes to Iowa City on October 10. On October 17, the Hawks travel to Evanston, IL to take on Northwestern followed by an off weekend (October 24).

On Halloween, Maryland head to Iowa City. On November 7, Iowa goes to Indiana. The battle for the Floyd of Rosedale Trophy will be contested on home tough when Minnesota comes to Kinnick (November 14). The Hawkeyes get to stay home the following weekend (November 21) when Purdue comes to town. The annual Heroes Game kicks off on Black Friday (November 27) in Lincoln, NE against the Cornhuskers.
