A Clarksville motorist is being charged with causing a two-vehicle accident in the city of Fayette.
It happened at about 10am Wednesday at the intersection of Highways 150 and 93.

A pickup driven by 73 year old Roger Litterer of Clarksville failed to yield when he entered the highway and was struck by an SUV driven by 53 year old Kathryn Moser of Independence.

Moser was taken to the West Union hospital to be treated for minor injuries; her 2015 Mercedes Benz SUV was totaled.

Litterer was not hurt; his pickup had $2,500 damage.

He is charged with failing to yield when entering into a highway.

The Fayette County Sheriff investigated that accident.
